Capri Global Capital Ltd has appointed Ignatius Kaitha as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his new role, Kaitha will work closely with the Board and executive leadership to align the company’s talent strategy, leadership development, organisational culture and workforce capabilities with its long-term business objectives.
The appointment is aimed at strengthening Capri Global Capital’s people strategy as the company continues to expand its operations and drive sustainable growth.
Kaitha has extensive experience in human resources, organisational development, talent transformation and business partnering within the banking and financial services sector.
Before joining Capri Global Capital, he spent more than 16 years at IndusInd Bank, where he held several senior HR leadership positions. His roles included Executive Vice President and Head HR for Consumer Banking, Executive Vice President and HR Partner for Retail Assets, Consumer Channels and Affluent Banking, Senior Vice President and National HR Partner for Branch Banking, and Vice President and HR Partner for the West and South regions.
Earlier in his career, Kaitha served as Vice President, Human Resources at HSBC and Associate Vice President, Human Capital at Stream Global Services.
Over the years, he has led initiatives across HR transformation, mergers and acquisitions integration, talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development and organisational capability building, contributing to business growth and workforce development across multiple organisations.
As CHRO, Kaitha will lead Capri Global Capital’s human resources function with a focus on strengthening leadership capabilities, building a high-performance culture and supporting organisational transformation.
His appointment reflects the company’s commitment to investing in talent and leadership as it pursues its long-term growth strategy and enhances organisational capabilities across the business.
